What does this mean?

1.The Data Collector (Porsche) must identify themselves and give the data subject the opportunity to object (OPT OUT)

- if the data is to be used for purposes other than those obviously associated with the contract e.g. passing data to 3rd parties (are your dealers separate ltd companies?)
